It's an absolute waste, just build more ticketing desks and hire more staff. The next thing is, don't use queues on either ticketing desks or security. Garbage and deliveries unknown placement.

Pickup in the middle of the 2 lanes on the south road heading west.

Drop off area in the middle of the 2 lanes on the north road heading east.

Baggage placed in the centre of the 2 roads.

2 roads from the main road leading into the middle of the map and circling back.

Ticketing area placed next to security.

Your security area moved to a point which is dead centre on the XL map.

Okay, this is similar to how I want to make my airport, but I have a few design modifications to your airport. Sorry for the rant-like post, again you've done a wonderful job and you truly seem like good people. But maybe a 64-bit version would allow top end cpus to host giant sized maps with his 3 friends. Graphics have no effect on your appeal or staying power, the cartoonish look is spot on. A lot of games don't and I'm not sure why (KSP comes to mind).

Multiplayer is a big ask but would be a big contributor to the future success of the game. Make changes that let players be interactive with one another in game like online leaderboards and milestone achievements. The loyal will be the minority and critics will be loud, stay the course and let the game speak for itself. The shit storm will come though, even for an innocent game like this. You are also engaged with the community directly which is more then what's required at this stage, you could just hide behind 'announcements' instead of being so hands on.

You guys seem in touch with your vision and your target market, you have a game at it's foundation that is offers endless creativity for the end-user. It's well deserved, look we all know that Alpha games are being published on steam in droves now and most of them get the initial hype train that leaves just as fast as it came.
